I didn’t start writing about nudity to get attention.
I started because I couldn’t find words that matched how it actually felt.
Nudity, to me, isn’t rebellion. It’s reflection. It’s the softest form of honesty I know—one that doesn’t rely on approval.
I’ve been nude in nature, in quiet rooms, and in front of cameras. But none of those moments ever captured the why behind it all.
So I made this space.
The Bare Minute is a weekly check-in. One minute of stillness, one minute of truth. Sometimes thoughtful, sometimes strange. But always sincere.
It’s not about being naked.
It’s about being seen—and staying whole in the process.
